How to Book

Please book at least two weeks before your event.
We do get booked up, so please reserve your date as soon as possible.
We can book up to 12 months in advance. Last-minute reservations will
have a rush fee.
- 1 Choose Your Date & Time Let us know when you’d like to celebrate.
- 2 Share Your Occasion & Style Tell us the occasion, theme, colors, and include a picture of your invitation or inspiration board.
- 3 Pick Your Location Your backyard, living room, Airbnb, hotel room, apartment, park, or pool area.
- 4 Add Extras Add on anything you'd like such as charcuterie, event wall, event cart, painting, crafts, or favors.
Booking Details
A quote will be sent back to you within a few days. We require a 50% non-refundable payment at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your picnic. Any picnics booked within 10 days require full payment.
Payments accepted through Venmo, Zelle, Credit Cards, and Cash.
Every picnic is thoughtfully styled to match your special occasion and create a picture-perfect setup.
